When he was 8 years old, in 1979, he began to programme computers thanks to his father, who was a territorial delegate of Computer Training. Félix studied in Huesca, where he ran the University radio station and later he would join communication & computer technology when the Internet started up.     His first development in 1998, was the website called the Agricultural market of Aragon. It was independent and a pioneer in this area, capable of congregating creating a virtual meeting every week in commercial malls and show festivals to vote about market prices. In the last years Félix has built relevant applications and websites and has participated in Spain's National radio discussions about the Internet.     Currently, in 2012, Baltanas Corporation, in Zaragoza, is developing virtual shops, creating applications for SMEs (small businesses), buying commodities and working for the Private Office of HRH Prince Abdul Aziz Al Saud. He is trying to expand Saudi Arabia´s business and he is able to provide on-channel facilities to help small businesses get started..
